Mensrxshop.com did not ship my order.

Buyer Beware! I ordered a product from mensrxshop.com on 8/12/2008... My credit card was billed for the amount the same day. I requested to know when the order shipped, how to track it, and when to expect delivery and was ignored each time I made the request. They eventually (nearly a moth later) stated that "the order is shipped" but didn't say when it was shipped or when to expect delivery. Now over 5 weeks later, the order still has not arrived and I have still never received ANY of the requested information.

Their customer service is THE WORST and they look to want to rip people off.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Written by Pierpaolo, on 28-01-2010 13:53 I placed the Order #2935 on www.mensrxshop.com site.  Order Date: Saturday 19 September, 2009.  According to MensRXshop my order was shipped the 11/26/2009 tracking no. em070390943in.  According to USPS there is no record of this item. Is this tracking number fake?    Up to now no pills received, while my Credit card was charged the same day I placed the order  I too will report them to Visa fraud and hopefully they in turn will get the FBI involved if they are a fraud company. I have emailed them on numerous ocassions and no reply I will report them to Visa fraud and hopefully they in turn will get the FBI involved if they are a fraud company.   To be genuine you need to disclose alot more contact information Report

Still no response. After a month when I almost give up, I receive the product I ordered . But I still don't know whether the medicine would work or not. Report

I ordered medication on 9/15/08. It takes 3~5 days to receive reply through a third party transaction service. I tried to look for their information. They tried to cover up their paper trail through www.domainsbyproxy.com. I should have known All the signs point to bad business practice. If not fraud... Report
